At Abu Dhabi Art 2010, Meem Gallery presents a joint exhibition of the work of Dia Azzawi and Parviz Tanavoli. The display includes paintings and fiberglass sculptures by Azzawi from 2006 – 2010, and Tanavoli's bronze sculptures from 2005 – 2010. This was the first year the gallery is participating in the Abu Dhabi Art Fair.

Al Noor Libarary at Abu Dhabi Art
Al Noor Institute of Middle Eastern Art (NIMEA) will display Al Noor Library for public viewing for the first time at this year's Abu Dhabi Art. Established in 2010, NIMEA is an outgrowth of the Al Noor Library (initiated in 2002) and Meem Gallery (launched in 2007). The institute's aim is to encourage public appreciation of modern and contemporary Middle Eastern art, and to preserve the legacy of the region's artists through the archiving, creation and collection of important resources and research material.
